Barolo DOCG, Canti, Italy $45
This rich garnet juice wafts over you with notes of earthy potpourri
and rambles, adding flavors of black cherry and spices, leather
and subtle oak. A full and balanced wine with big promise.
Cabernet Sauvignon, Emiliana, Chile $8/27
Organic. Bright wine with very soft tannins, but enough acid which
gives it a nice mouth-feel. Ripe dark berries and a blood red body
open up to a palate of a little tar and fruit.

Aromas of blackberries, blueberries and cinnamon spice. The wine
has good density, firm tannin structure, and a long, smooth finish .

contribute to the bright acidity of this wine. On the finish, toasty French

any acidity. A very well-balanced wine with slight oak
and round fruit flavors.

The light color with aromas of fruit and green apples characterize this
vintage Chardonnay. This is a lighter-style Chardonnay with fresh , clean fruit flavors and a smooth finish . It is a great accompaniment to cheeses, chicken, veal, and seafood.

color and greenish hues.

Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOC, La Vendemmia, Italy $7/21
Fairly intense green apple flavor with floral and mineral notes.
White Blend, Falerio Saladini Pilastri, Italy $8/32
Produced from an ancient mixture of grapes from Trebbiano, Passerina and Pecorino. Its typical straw-yellow hue and delicate bouquet are due to the excellent position of the vineyards.
